Lined Piping Systems

  • Infinity Lining Pvt.Ltd Supply PTFE / Antistatic PTFE / PVDF / PP / HDPE Lined Pipes. The Maximum Length of the PTFE Lined Pipes can be up to maximum 6000mm which depends on the size of Pipe.
  • PTFE Liners are made from the process of the Paste Extrusion Process and then they are sintered in Ovens. PTFE Lined Pipes are passed through Quality Checks like Visual, Dimensional, Hydro, Electrostatic Test as mentioned in ASTM F 1545. PTFE Liners are tested for their Tensile Strength in Tensile Testing Machine. PTFE Lined Pipes are supplied with One End Loose Flange and One End Fix Flange. For Smaller Lengths we provide PTFE Lined Spacers which are specially used for Length Smaller than 100 mm.

  • Infinity Lining Pvt.Ltd Provides PTFE / Antistatic PTFE Lined Pipes from 25 NB TO 450 NB Size.
  • Infinity Lining Pvt.Ltd has own In-house Fabrication, Extrusion, Lining and Flaring department for manufacturing of PTFE / Antistatic PTFE Lined Pipes.
    The Pipe Material used is 106 Grade B Sch 40 from 25 NB to 150 NB and above Sch 20 Pipes are used. The Flanges normally used are of ASTM A 105/IS 2062.
  • Resin used for Making PTFE Liners is procured from DuPont.
    The pipe spools are lined with an interference fit paste extruded PTFE liner flared at each end to raised face dimensions giving all wetted parts in PTFE. Up to 6″ NB the pipe spools use heavy duty PTFE liner suitable for vacuum performance. Above 6″NB we offer both heavy wall vacuum rated liners and standard wall liners as appropriate for the application.
  • ALL CS/PTFE Lined Pipes are tested as Per ASTM F 1545 Which Includes Visual, Dimensional, Hydro Test at 29.8 Kg/cm2 and Spark Test 15 KVA.
    Material is supplied with Material Test Certificate and Internal Test Reports.

PTFE / Antistatic PTFE Jacketed Pipe

  • Infinity Lining Pvt.Ltd Provides PTFE / Antistatic PTFE Lined Pipes from 25 NB TO 150 NB Size.
    The Pipe Material used is 106 Grade B Sch 40 from 25 NB to 150 NB.
  • The Flanges normally used are of ASTM A 105/IS 2062.Resin used for Making PTFE Liners is Procured from DuPont.
  • ALL CS/PTFE Jacketed Lined Pipes are tested as Per ASTM F 1545 Which Includes Visual, Dimensional, Hydro Test at 29.8 Kg/cm2 and Spark Test 15 KVA.
  • Material is supplied with Material Test Certificate and Internal Test Reports.

PP / PVDF / HDPE Lined Pipes

  • Infinity Lining Pvt.Ltd Provides PP / PVDF / HDPE Lined Pipes from 25 NB TO 300 NB Size.
  • The Pipe Material used is 106 Grade B Sch 40 from 25 NB to 150 NB and above Sch 20 Pipes are used / ERW Medium B Class.
  • The Flanges used are of ASTM A 105/IS 2062.
  • Infinity Lining Pvt.Ltd Procures PP / PVDF / HDPE Lining Liners Directly from Manufactures and do Lining in the Pipes.|
  • ALL CS/PP Lined Pipes are tested as Per ASTM F 1545 Which Includes Visual, Dimensional, Hydro Test at 29.8 Kg/cm2 and Spark Test 15 KVA.
  • Material is supplied with Material Test Certificate and Internal Test Reports.
